 WHMCS issue, want to use whmcs db on a different system (3 Replies, Read 2471 times)

Hi

I have whmcs mysql db backup with me.

I would like to install whmcs 4.3.1 with softaculous and use my original db with installed version.

Is it enough to replace the database after installing WHMCS?

 I would like to say yes but to be sure I think I would go to the WHMCS forums to find out for sure.
 There might be some changes needed in the configuration.php file for your database names, users and passwords.
 Like I said the WHMCS forum would be your best source for this information.

Please use the import feature and then upgrade.
Softaculous is capable of Upgrading.
