Hello,

I would like to try before buy but after installation says successful and etc... I try login as a user and try install a script, Softaculous tell me the installation success. But when I visit my site/domain, page is not found.

I check the FTP and the is no script install in there. Mysql database is created. Just no script's file in the web folder.

What have I done wrong? I tried with FTP account created and without FTP account created. Please advice, thank you.

Which panel are you using ?
Also which script did you try to install ?

Hi,

I'm using Directadmin and I tried Open Realty and a few others. All happen the same problems.

Also, I check out the Softaculous admin and I couldn't find any access control such as which Reseller can use Softaculous and which Reseller cannot use Softaculous. Do Softaculous have such setting control?

Sir, Softaculous doesnt have access control at the moment.

Also please make me a demo account to check the errors.
