Is it possible to update scripts via their internal updater and then inform softaculous of the latest script?

I used softaculous to install sugar 6.0.1, but there is a new version of sugar, 6.0.2, and even a beta version I'd like to update to. I have a specific issue with sugar that I need to resolve so I don't want to wait for the softaculous update.

Yes, you can upgrade without softaculous as well.
Then remove the script by DESELCTING all the CheckBOXes and reimport that again.
