Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 1 Status:	Sorry to be a pain: It is the first time I run softacoulus. Yesterday I bought a domain from hawkhost.com. Everything were fine, I went into the Cpanel and when I try to install Wordpress throught the Softacoulus installer, at the 15 % of the installation it stops and the following message occurs: "The MySQL Connection could not be estabilshed"

Group: Softaculous Team Post Group: Elite Member Posts: 467 Status:	Hi, This issue normally occurs when Softaculous is not able to connect to the MySQL service on the server. Can you confirm that your MySQL service is running properly on your server. You can login to your cPanel and go to "MySQL Databases" and if MySQL server is offline you will see the error message there. If you still face the issue, can you open a ticket here: http://www.softaculous.com/support/
