When I attempt to start new VPS, I am given this error:

Code
error: Failed to create domain from /etc/libvirt/qemu/v1001.xml
error: unsupported configuration: cgroup cpu is required for scheduler tuning

This is using the centos 6.6 x86-x64 template. I have configured the machine with 4 CPU Cores, 20% utilization, 5000 units. This is KVM.

Any ideas?
