Hi,
I have a ticket update on 3 December 2015 (last my message) and is not yet updated.

What I have to think? How can I have a reply?
Also now I opened yesterday 14/12/2015 a ticket with max priority regarding a security Issue. Today staff was active but ticket has no reply yest and it's good wait but as I see I have other ticket without reply since 4 December I Am afraid about that.

I need fix a security issue right now so your support are very precious.
I can't post here in the forum as you can understand because is public and is not the right place where put my tickets ID or info.

I will send a PM in the forum if I can.

Hi, yes the Apache 2 Issue is still without reply and the new security issue ticket has been closed right some minutes ago where you sad you are glad the issue has been resolved by me but I have not resolved the two vulnerability so the vulnerability still present.

I have reply again to the ticket and now is again open.
How you can think the issue was resolved I really don't know.

The SSL issue was the minor issue and maybe I have fixed by myself but is other two vulnerability who needs to be fixed I have to understand if I can fix or I need wait your update.

hope to learn soon if is a security issue in all Webuzo user and will release soon an update or if just only be something I can fix by myself.

Before in the ticket you say thank you to me for the report and after you wrote you are happy I have resolved. I have not resolved ^_^ the issue is not in the SSL where I have some power but on other components.

Hi,

I will keep waiting a reply for my ticket... just want to know IF the security Issue has to be fixed by you on a next update or I need to fix by myself in my server.

I not understand if is something present on all or just only me. I think I have not installed nothing of special.

I AM waiting because this issue create some other issue to me so until is not fixed I have issues.
