Hi,

Have you created a Volume group ?
Can you please provide us the output of lvscan and vgdisplay ?
You can even open a support ticket where you can provide us the access and we will guide you accordingly.

I have not created the volume group because I don't know how, I can message you my teamviewer details so you can help me out.
the command lvscan & vgdisplay doesn't output anything.
