Last time I submitted a support ticket it took 26 days to get any response.
Now the Webuzo licensing system is malfunctioning and I am distressed that I might not receive any support for another month, which means I will not be able to use Webuzo to access my sites for all that time.
Can anyone tell me if there some faster way to access support?
Webuzo is nice but problems do crop up and you are screwed when they do. All I want know is to rescue my sites and walk away from the whole mess, I wish I had not bought this product.
