 Cant access domain manage68.116.159.234, Manage page does not open (7 Replies, Read 13921 times)

when I go to the domain manage screen and open the list of domains. I click on a domain to manage, a new tab opens and ends with an connection failed error.

Hi, maybe you need to create the domain also in the DNS.
After creating that you have to wait 24 h for the propagation.

The domain you click is reachable on the internet?
If the issue is not this please can you upload some screen here of the error you see?

Sorry I think to have misunderstood your post.
Try to have SSh access and do this command:

service webuzo restart

See if this resolve the issue.

I open the CP, go to userCP. The click manage domains. I add a domain name and it saves the info. Then I go to the manage domain (where the names are listed). If I click on a domain it opens into another tab and fails to connect. I don't get an error at all, just after a while it stops. I cant access either site at all from local or internet. Both domains are registered and pointed at my static and has been for weeks.
It dont make any sense to me why they dont work.

Did the service restart and even reinstalled the whole thing.. So frustrated. I was using apache and friends and had it working but then wanted to upgrade to a better, easier to manage dist. 3 days later I am still not online even with one site yet.

Is very frustrating can't have the website online for an issue 3 days.
