Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 8 Status:	Hi, I'm new to Webuzo and facing some issues: 1) I created a simple cron job that runs every minute: ** php -q /home/**/cron_ah/update_fyf.php The cron is not running at all although It's working from SSH. Even if I specify a wrong file name, it doesn't send an email notification for failure. Moreover, it has nothing to do with timezone as it runs every minute. 2) I created an addon domain which was in "www" folder. I removed the addon domain but the created "www" folder which has the domain isn't removed and I can't remove it as I get a permission denied error. Tried from file manager and from FTP and the same result. Thanks Regards Michael

Group: Guest Status:	Hi butlimou, for the cron issue you need help from Webuzo. If no reply is made from some one of the Webuzo Team here, tomorrow you can request support by opening a ticket https://www.softaculous.com/support/ About www folder, can be removed only from SSH from the root user BUT there are also a www foder created by webuzo so be crefull to not remove that directory if you are not sure. All website can be stopped to works. Maybe wait Webuzo Staff Member Support

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 8 Status:	Hi peopleinside, This folder was created only after creating the domain and it has only the folder of the addon domain and no hidden files or folders. So, I assume It's safe to remove.

Group: Guest Status:	The command you say will remove also file inside www directory so is more dangerous in case you are trying to delete www folder and not know inside there are precious files... so maybe the command you told will be remove the folder and all file inside. If you are sure you can do this.

Sorry, I don't know. Can be some problem because I AM only a user. When I was new in Webuzo I have removed the www folder by thinking is the right things and was an error. So when an user is quite new in something should be careful. I AM just an user, I don't know your server situation, I AM not Webuzo Team Support so my rule is help but I should be careful with my suggestion. That's all. If you are sure do IT, if you are not sure, I suggest to wait a support Team Member. Have a great time :-) A support Member should reply to this topic tomorrow (Hope they will check the topic and reply to you)
