Is there any way to chose the Installation's path while installing a script? Usually it Installs under public_html by default .

In the install tab you have the "In directory" field:

Quote
In Directory

The directory is relative to your domain and should not exist. e.g. To install at http://mydomain/dir/ just type dir. To install only in http://mydomain/ leave this empty.
