When someone installs Drupal, the following error is coming up immediately after installation:

Fatal error: Class 'PDO' not found in /chroot/home/shadowed/shadowedweb.com/html/dru/includes/database/database.inc on line 185

make sure your PDO files are compiled..... need warning labels on some of these.

Drupal 7 needs PDO Mysql.
Please rebuild PHP with PDO Mysql.

Already duly noted and applied, as per my message. Perhaps making the suggestion that PDO support is needed on the softaculous page for certain applications, much like FFMPEG for video and sound apps.

May I suggest that Softaculous check if all the needed PHP libraries are installed on the server, prior to instaling scripts? and then to warn the client, OR even better email the server admin that a certain PHP librabry isn't installed?

This will help many people in understanding why they sometimes get weird erros on their scripts.

Hi,

cPanel has two PHP binaries and hence this adds to the problem.
Its difficult to sense the next PHP binary having this enabled.
But we are trying to do this as well, and coding a workaround solution.
