When I install SugarCRM from softaculous, I get the following errors


Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_strtolower() in /home/professi/public_html/testsugar/include/MVC/View/SugarView.php on line 854

then after all teh data is imput,  these two errors are appear

Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_strtolower() in /home/professi/public_html/testsugar/include/MVC/View/SugarView.php on line 854

Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_substr() in /home/professi/public_html/testsugar/include/database/DBManager.php on line 1762


Is this a problem with softaculous or host?

Any help appreciated.
