I am the new webmaster of www.it-kattegat.nl and don't like working with Joomal. I would like to switch to Wordpress.
But how do I do that?
- create a new database- install wordpress- link it to the new database- add content to the wordpress site- remove the Joomla site- remove the Joomla database?
But how do I get a url for the wordpress site? And how do I move it to the main site after adding the content?
Please help.

Hi,

Sorry for the delay in reply.

We do not have the feature to convert your Joomla site to WordPress.

However I did a quick Google search and I found there is a WordPress plugin which imports the Joomla site to WordPress :
https://wordpress.org/plugins/fg-joomla-to-wordpress/

There is also a tutorial available on how to use the plugin :
https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-move-your-site-from-joomla-to-wordpress/

Note: We have not used/tested the above plugin and we will not be able to provide any support for the same.
