Hi,

Now softaculous works on PHP-CGI 5.3 only. So the above shebang is necessary. It will work even if the user has switched to PHP 5.4, 5.5 or any version.

Your Apache configuration was not updated by Ampps due to some reason so you are seeing this error(line on the top). Just restore the Default Configuration if you haven't done any changes. AND REVERT BACK ALL THE CHANGES DONE IN SOFTACULOUS FILES. Else Softaculous won't work.

If you have made any changes in httpd.conf then we have your conf backup Ampps\conf\httpd.con-***.bak, you can do the changes manually by looking at this wiki and copy it as httpd.conf (Make sure just the Ampps Application is kept open while doing these changes, else httpd.conf won't reflect at its original place):
