It looks like you are on Shared hosting and you would like to use Softaculous premium in only one cPanel account, you need to purchase a Softaculous enduser license which can be purchased here : https://www.softaculous.com/clients?ca=softaculous_enduser_buy&plan=professional You can create a separate account on Softaculous website as it does not need to be linked to your cPanel account. You just need to update the license key on your cPanel account after you have purchased it.
