What do you do when a WP clone stops at 95% and doesn't progress for a very long time (should have taken around 3-4 minutes, as it says)?
I waited as long as I could and then went back to the Installations page, where the clone is NOT listed, so the percentage was accurate: it never completed.
Furthermore, looking at the file structure, the clone isn't there.
Neither is the database that it would have created.
So, I went to do it again and was greeted with the error in the Subject. How do I clear this failed install which doesn't exist? Softaculous has record of it in some obscure location.
I tried cloning to a different domain and even that produced "An installation already exists." Finally, I included a /dirname to the domain when cloning and that allowed me to clone successfully.
But I'd still like to find where record of the failed one is and remove it so that when I clone again I can do it the normal way (subdomain only). Just to reiterate, the failed one is NOT listed on the Installations page.
