 Recently switched hosting package and now getting error (3 Replies, Read 30766 times)

I have recently had to switch hosting packages with my hosting provider and they have redirected the DNS (whatever that means - I am honestly clueless!!!) But now, when trying to access my websites, I get the following error - "Could not include the bootstrap.php. One of the reasons could be open_basedir restriction"Could anyone please help?Thanks in advance!

The following problem message appears whenever I attempt to visit my websites: "Could not include the bootstrap.php. Limitations on open_basedir might be a contributing factor.Can I get any assistance?Thank you in advance!

You could try this, worked for me for the new SitePad directory scheme:

  • index.php
    PHP Code
     $sitepad['sitepad_plugin_path'] = '/home/username/sitepad-editor';
    $sitepad['editor_path'] = '/home/username/sitepad-editor'; 
  • phpMyAdmin database - table spXX-options
    Code
    template_root - /home/username/sitepad-editor/site-data/themes
