Hello, i read all instructions in the documents of the website. But i couldnt find any solution for installing softabulous for my all cpanels on a shared reseller hosting.

I have WHM Accelarated account on hostgator. So there is no easy way to install this.

I requested  Jailed Shell access from Hostgator and also wget access and they gave all access and have sent me mail that

"I have added you to the proper user group for GET/wget. The path to wget is /usr/bin/wget and the path to GET is /usr/bin/GET"


i have wget file but not folder in bin folder.

As mentioned in the website

cd /usr/local/directadmin/plugins

for this code i dont have directadmin folder in local

also for this

cd /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi

i dont have cpanel folder under local either

in local folder all folders are :

IonCube  Zend  bin  lib  share


IonCube is set and enabled on all hostgator servers also.

So how can i install ?? Any advice would be very glad..

Hi,

Resellers cant install Softaculous.
You will have to ask the HostGator Root to install it for you.
Root permissions is required to install Softaculous

You need to have root access to a VPS or dedicated server to install Softaculous just like alons states.
