Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 2 Status:	Hi, so I just not so long ago added an addon domain to my web hosting package which I plan on using as the domain name of my new forum. I filled out all the details softaculous required to install myBB but then was suddenly very worried that I was going to overwrite my Wordpress installation on my main domain (the one I see when I log into cPanel). I just want to make sure. If I choose the addon domain from the 'Choose Domain' part of the softaculous myBB install screen will my website install to /public_html/myforum and definitely won't install over my main website address?

Group: Softaculous Team Post Group: Super Member Posts: 5805 Status:	Hi, If you choose your addon domain from the "Choose Domain" dropdown. Softaculous will install the script in the correct directory where the domain points. Please make sure you add the correct path while adding the domain in your control panel.
