Ok, so I bought a license and I have added my servers license. But refreshed and it still shows up as "Free" so I used the cron command in SSH

/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/php /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/cron.php

And yet it still shows up as free.
