Multi domain access not working, After purchasing premium (2 Replies, Read 2469 times)

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 2 Status:	I recently purchased a premium account on a yearly basis. When I was using the free version, my client could access the softaculous scripts for install on all of his individual domains. Now that I have rebuilt the server (due to hackers), I re-installed the plesk 8.6 as before and installed softaculous. The problem is that now. the softaculous can only see one domain and not others. Did I make a mistake by purchasing the software? I was under teh impression that when I purchased the yearly fee, it would be locked into one IP number and I could have numerous clients/domains using the softaculous scripts. Can anyone explain why it is not working?

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 2 Status:	I have since found out that the client needs to go to the specific domain he wants to add an application for Softaculous can see the domain itself. Some of my clients have two to three domains which can cause some confusion... It is working ok now... Thanks
