I recently purchased a premium account on a yearly basis. When I was using the free version, my client could access the softaculous scripts for install on all of his individual domains. Now that I have rebuilt the server (due to hackers), I re-installed the plesk 8.6 as before and installed softaculous.
The problem is that now. the softaculous can only see one domain and not others. Did I make a mistake by purchasing the software? I was under teh impression that when I purchased the yearly fee, it would be locked into one IP number and I could have numerous clients/domains using the softaculous scripts.
The yearly license should not cause any problem
