We've sent you a support request more than 24 hours ago and we have no received any response yet from the support team.
The inquiry was the following:
Quote We are experimenting some hangups with Softaculous when we
want to refresh the home page. We've found out that the problem is the
application sends multiple requests to the Apache web server of the index.html
page. We've seen up to 5 instances of this page in a ps command line. If we
terminate those processes, the page is properly refreshed.
