We are a medium size brokerage that runs 3 branches in 3 jurisdictions. I didn't want to be tied to monthly payments on a CRM and feel that open source keeps everyone honest! (I used to sell software so "upgrades" are a revenue generator) I looked at a number of CRM systems and was prepared to pay but am really pleased I went with Epesi. Easy to use, modify and control it means our offices run almost paperless and we have management information real time. Highly recommend

Very powerful CRM with simple user interface. Custom recordset creator allows making your own modules. Great tool for any business.

Highly recommended for startups and small business. I setup already several instances for myself and my clients and this allows me to communicate with them without e-mails, just task oriented entries in Epesi plus Watchdog and notifications!
